Here are the stages of the .CO.SI domain lifecycle:
Available for Registration: The domain name is available for registration by anyone.

Active / Registered: The domain is registered to a holder for a period of one to five years and is fully functional (website, email, etc.).

The domain must be renewed before its expiration date to remain active.

Expired / "Quarantine" Status: If the domain is not renewed by the expiration date, it is assigned a "quarantine" status.
During this period, all associated internet services (website, e-mail) stop functioning.
Duration: This quarantine period typically lasts for 30 days.
Renewal: The domain holder can still renew the domain during this quarantine period by submitting a request and payment through their registrar.
Renewing the domain removes the "quarantine" status and reactivates it.

Redemption Period (90 Days)
Next stage is 90 days redemption period. Registrar charge 60,00 EUR to recover the domain during this period.

Deleted / Available for Re-registration: If the domain is not renewed during the 30-day quarantine and 90 days Redemption period, it is deleted and immediately becomes available for registration by new owners on a first-come, first-served basis.
